Probably, being on the moon would feel almost as static as those pictures are. Without wind, nothing really moves (only the astronauts and anything they push).
It’s very impressive that the NASA took 360º pics back in 1970, when there wasn’t any standard support to experience them. I wish the pics were 3D so the immersion on this trip would be even better.
